2Eligibility & Registration
To use our services you must:
- Be aged 18 years or over at the time of registration;
- Be legally free to marry under the laws of your country of residence;
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times thereafter;
- Not be subject to any court order, injunction, or legal prohibition that would prevent you from entering into a marriage contract;
- Have a genuine intention to seek a lawful marriage partner.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your membership if we have reasonable grounds to believe you do not meet these requirements.
3Our Services
Mrs Khan's Matrimonial Services Limited provides a professional matchmaking and matrimonial introduction service. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Profile creation and management on our platform;
- Curated introductions to compatible prospective partners;
- Consultation services with our senior matchmakers;
- Access to our member directory (subject to package tier);
- Ongoing support throughout your search.
We do not guarantee that any introduction will lead to a successful match or marriage. The Company acts as an introduction agency only; the development of any relationship is entirely at the discretion of the individuals involved.
4Membership & Payment
Access to our premium services requires payment of the applicable membership fee as set out in our Packages page. All fees are:
- Stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of applicable VAT;
- Due in full upon registration unless a payment plan is expressly agreed in writing;
- Non-refundable except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We accept payment via the methods listed on our Payment Details page. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
5Member Obligations
As a member you agree to:
- Treat all other members and staff with courtesy, dignity, and respect at all times;
- Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct;
- Keep your profile information accurate and up to date;
- Not share another member's personal information with any third party without their explicit consent;
- Report any suspicious activity, misrepresentation, or safeguarding concerns to us promptly;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
- Not use our services for any commercial, promotional, or non-matrimonial purpose.
Breach of these obligations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
6Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is the intellectual property of Mrs Khan's Matrimonial Services Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By uploading content (including photographs) to your profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely for the purpose of providing our matchmaking services.
7Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements;
- We are not liable for the conduct, statements, or actions of any member;
- Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim;
- We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8Termination
Either party may terminate membership at any time. We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
9Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
10Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered members of material changes by email and by prominently displaying a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
