The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential referral to law enforcement:

- Impersonating another person or using a fictitious identity;
- Engaging in or facilitating financial fraud, romance fraud, or any scam activity;
- Harassment, intimidation, stalking, or threatening behaviour toward any member or staff;
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or using our platform for spam or commercial promotion;
- Uploading, sharing, or requesting sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content;
- Attempting to contact members outside our platform for purposes other than matrimony;
- Attempting to circumvent our security, authentication, or content moderation systems;
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from our platform;
- Facilitating or promoting illegal activities of any kind.
3Safeguarding Obligations
All users have a shared responsibility to maintain a safe environment. You must:
- Report any behaviour that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable to us immediately;
- Not share contact details with another member until you are satisfied they are genuine;
- Be alert to signs of fraud, coercion, or exploitation and report them promptly;
- Never engage with any person who appears to be under the age of 18.

4Content Standards
All content you post must:
- Be accurate and honest;
- Be appropriate for a professional matrimonial service;
- Not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party;
- Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language.

5Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- A formal warning issued to your account;
- Temporary suspension of your account;
- Permanent termination of membership without refund;
- Disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement agencies;
- Civil or criminal legal proceedings.
Our decisions under this policy are final. You may raise concerns through our Complaints Policy.
